Before the Webinar:
If you’re not familiar with Zoom, we strongly recommend you try accessing Zoom on your chosen device a couple of days before the session. This can be done through the link https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting and downloading Zoom Client for Meetings.

Connecting to the Webinar:
Make sure you click on the webinar link 15 minutes before the assembly so that the Zoom application will download and install if required. You will need to wait until the Webinar has actually started before you can connect to the assembly.
During the Webinar:
The presenter may display slides or show a video feed during the session. If you have any questions or comments for the presenter, please share them using the Q&A feature (details below). Other attendees will be able to read the answer to your question. The presenter will address questions (time permitting) and may also choose to follow up questions after the session by email. We ask that all questions be respectful, relevant and as short as possible
How to Join the Webinar:
Microsoft Windows:
- To join the webinar, click the link in the event ticket that was sent to you by email.
- You will see the following screen which will include a "Launch Zoom" dialog box - click on "Open":

You will probably be asked for your email address and name. Please enter your school email address and full name as your teachers will see these.

If the webinar has not started you are likely to see a screen like this
- Please wait until the assembly starts
If you wish to ask any questions please use the Q&A feature. The chat is disabled.
Apple Mac OS X:
- To join the webinar, click the link in the event ticket that was sent to you by email.
- You will see the following screen which will include a "Launch Zoom" dialog box - click on "Open":

Troubleshooting
If clicking the link does not open the webinar, you can download the Zoom App for Meetings and follow these steps:
- Install the zoom application from the link on the web-page.
- Open the Zoom App and click Join a Webinar.
- In the Webinar ID field, enter the 9-digit webinar ID (listed in the email message you received), and click Join
