Once MFA has been enabled for all staff, logging in to SIMON will require an extra step.


  1. Enter your usual username and password and click Sign in.


  2. SIMON will send a code to your email.

  3. Enter the code into the box and click Continue.
  4. Done!

  • Do I have to use MFA with SIMON?
    • Yes. It is compulsory for all staff SIMON accounts.
  • How often will I need to do this?
    • Whenever prompted, which is each time you login, otherwise every 2 weeks.
  • Can I choose to use SMS or an authenticator app?
    • No. Email is currently the only supported authentication method.
