After an update to Outlook on a Mac you may be asked to try "New Outlook".
This "New Outlook" is a new, simpler interface for Outlook but unfortunately it does not support the way our Lavalla email addresses work.
If you enable "New Outlook" then you may find that you cannot see any of your emails any longer.
To turn off "New Outlook" and revert back to the way it was, click "New Outlook" from the Outlook menu.
You may be asked to provide some feedback which you can skip, then choose to "Revert" to legacy Outlook.
Outlook will then relaunch and you should see your emails again.
