If you're trying to show a video on Microsoft Teams, then you might find that people can hear you, but not hear the video's audio. In order to fix this, you need to tell Teams to play your computer's audio as well. To do this:


  1. Start your meeting or call as you normally would
  2. Click on the "Open share tray" button:
  3. Tick the box that says "Include System Audio"
  4. Pick the screen you wish to share:


Participants should now be able to hear any audio you play. This includes videos, but may also include other sounds like alerts or music, so be mindful of this when sharing your screen.
