Workspace is a part of ClickView Online, and lets you upload videos that can be shared with other users.


Please note that ClickView Workspace should only be used to upload and share work that you have created yourself, and should never be used to host or share copyrighted material. 


To upload videos to ClickView Workspace:


  1. Log on to ClickView Online, using this article: How to access ClickView Online.
  2. When logged in to ClickView Online, click on "Workspace" along the top
  3. From here, you can click on "Upload a video" and pick the video you wish to upload
  4. Give the video a title and description, and select the video from your computer
  5. You'll see a confirmation page, notifying you that the file is processing
  6. When the video has processed, you'll receive an email. You can click on the orange button to view the video
