By default students don't have access to ClickView Exchange, as it contains a wide variety of videos with a variety of content ratings. If a video is not in the college's own library, there are two ways to give students access to the videos you want them to watch

Pushing the video to our library (recommended):

  1. Go to https://online.clickview.com.au and sign in
  2. Search for the video you wish the students to watch and review it to ensure it's appropriate
  3. On the video page, click "More", then "Add to your library"
  4. Fill out the details about why you'd like the video added
  5. The content will be reviewed by the ISC and if appropriate, the video will be added to the library.
  6. Once the video has been added to the library, it may take up to 24 hours for the video to appear on ClickView Online
  7. Students will be able to search for this video on ClickView Online, or you'll be able to share a link with them using the Share button:

Sharing exchange videos with students directly (not recommended):

  1. Find the video you wish to share on ClickView Exchange:
  2. Review the video to ensure the content is appropriate
  3. Click on the "Share" tab at the bottom of the page and click "Copy" to copy the link
  4. Send that specific link to your students

While this process does let students watch videos from Exchange without sending them to the library, it means that the video can't be searched for by students, and it's up to you to ensure that the content you are showing meets the relevant content and copyright guidelines.
