You may wish to share a file you have on OneDrive with someone else, such as a teacher. To do this please follow the instructions below.


Windows


  1. Right click the file or folder you wish to share and choose Share
  2. Choose sharing option as appropriate, enter email address, message (optional), and click Send
    Alternatively you may choose Copy Link. This option allows you to send the link to the file to anyone via other means, such as Microsoft Teams or SIMON.
  3. You have successfully shared your OneDrive file.




Mac OS X

  1. Right click file you wish to share and select Share.
  2. Choose sharing option as appropriate, enter email address, message (optional), and click Send
