Sometimes when a website doesn't work properly, the cause can be your web browser. Web browsers save information from websites in their cache and cookies.
Clearing these can fix certain problems like loading and formatting issues on sites. 


After completing the relevant steps for your browser below, try reloading the website you were having trouble with. 


For all browsers: When choosing the types of data you want to clear, we recommend you choose at least Cookies, Website Data and Cached/Temporary Images & Files. 


In Chrome:


  1. Open Chrome
  2. At the top right click the 3 dots:
  3. Click More Tools > Clear Browsing Data
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All Time.
  5. Choose the types of data you want to clear.
  6. Click Clear data


In Internet Explorer:


  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Select Settings > Safety > Delete browsing history
  3. Choose the types of data you want to clear
  4. Click Delete




In Microsoft Edge:


  1. Open Microsoft Edge
  2. Click 'Settings and more'  > Settings
  3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear

  4. Choose the types of data you want to clear 
  5. Click Clear


In Safari:


  1. Open Safari
  2. On the menu bar, click History -> Clear History
  3. Select a time range, then click Clear History
