To enable the Microsoft Teams meeting button in Outlook, you need to enable the Teams Add-In in Microsoft Outlook. To do this:


  1. Go to Microsoft Outlook and click on File > Options.
  2. Click on Add-Ins on the left, then Go... next to the COM Add-ins button
  3. Ensure Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Outlook is ticked and click OK
  4. The button should now appear
