If you're unsure of your PAM login details navigate to https://pam.lavalla.vic.edu.au
Click on the "Forgot Password?" link:
Input your email address that you registered as your Contact email upon enrolling your child(ren) and click the green button "Send Link"
if you get the following after clicking Send Link please fill out a support request here: http://helpdesk.lavalla.vic.edu.au/support/tickets/new or email helpdesk@lavalla.vic.edu.au be sure to include your Full Name so that the helpdesk operator can identify you and locate your account.
Once you receive the email to reset your Password you will be given your username along with a link to the website for resetting your password. Click the link at the bottom of the email (shown below)
Input a new password and confirm the password in the fields presented followed by clicking the Set New Password button. Your PAM password has now been reset and the username you will use will be present in the email you received when resetting your password
