If you require Adobe products for your class, then you can request it through the Lavalla helpdesk system. To do this:


  1. Go to the helpdesk homepage
  2. Click on "Sign In" in the top right hand corner
  3. Enter your Lavalla email address and password:
  4. Click on "Request New Service"
  5. Click on "Request Now" under the "Adobe Creative Cloud" icon
  6. Click on "Place Request" in the top right corner:


If you already have an Adobe account, you'll be informed of this, and sent instructions on how to reset your Adobe password.
